I'm a dedicated Massage therapist known for my intuitive touch and positive energy. I specialize in several modalities and create treatments using an integrative approach to the mind, body, and soul.

I believe in the human body's ability to heal when provided safe, skilled, and empathetic support. The principle of my practice is to help create alignment, tension release, and lasting solutions.

There is great importance in receiving and holding compassion for all groups, while also recognizing the effects of those disadvantaged. I seek to create a safe and healing space for people of all body types, gender expressions, ethnicities, and lived experiences.

Where It All Started:

My interest in the mind, body, and soul connection sparked at a young age. I discovered dance, music, and autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR), which cultivated my initial understanding of my body awareness, self-expression, and self-regulation.

As I entered a more secure and safe point in my life I began cultivating my healing and self-exploration. Cranial Sacral Therapy changed my life. Its gentle approach to healing helped release traumas that were retained physically. Our bodies keep score and the truest form of self-love is to give ourselves the space to listen.

These gentle practices inspired me to pursue careers principled around kindness, compassion, and love.

After meeting Ginger, in 2023 our friendship and understanding of one another grew effortlessly. Ginger’s compassion and courage echos. I’m truly honored to have Ginger, in my life and part of my chosen family. When the opportunity revealed itself to start a business together I knew it was meant to be. We opened our brick and mortar location the beginning of April 2024.
